Segura Promotions and Marketing was incorporated on April 9th 2002, as an exciting, alternative, affordable way to advertise, market and promote, Hispanic business and community relations through special event marketing and promotions.

Segura Promotions and Marketing was founded by President, Juliann Segura. Juliann has 11 years of radio broadcasting experience, four in Spanish radio, in both the Denver and the Phoenix markets. Her positions included Assistant Research Director, Part Time Radio Talent, Morning Show Producer, Promotions Assistant, Receptionist, Business Assistant, Office Assistant, Continuity Director, Traffic Director, Sales Executive, Recruitment Specialist and Special Events Coordinator.

Formally from the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (AZHCC), Juliann acted as Programs Coordinator and Member Relations Manager through April 2002.
