My name is Maribel. I’m twenty-two years old and I’m from the small city of San Luis Rio Colorado in Sonora Mexico. Through most of my education I lived in San Luis Mexico while going to school in the United States. This is one of the advantages of living in a border town. I moved to Phoenix three years ago to live with my sister. I am currently pursuing a degree in biomedical engineering at Arizona State University and plan on furthering my education in the medical field. I have other hobbies besides my education. I love to dance; right now I am taking salsa and belly dancing classes. I also enjoy going to the gym and I’m trying to get into the habit of reading. I am a very social person and love going out.
